Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Provide general support to management and staff as requested.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
